Gerdes at RENOVATION fair - this was RENOVATION 2022

From 17 to 19 May 2022, the 7th edition of the RENOVATIE trade fair took place in 's Hertogenbosch. The RENAVATIE fair is the B2B event for faster, eJcier and more environment-friendly renovation in the Netherlands. We were there as an exhibitor at the NRW booth - at the invitation of NRW.Global Business (society for the promotion of foreign trade) in cooperation with the DNHK (German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce).

Sustainable construction and innovative solutions for facades and design played a leading role at the NRW booth at the trade fair. As one of ten NRW companies in the construction industry, we were present with two colleagues (Anthonius Gabeler, Ryan Plettenburg), to exchange information on current construction trends, keep in touch and get acquainted with Dutch construction companies, architects and property developers. But also to share experiences with fellow NRW companies in the field of construction in the Netherlands.

Moreover, during a panel discussion in the fair program, our account manager Anthonius Gabeler, now well known at DNHK, lectured on recyclable and energy-saving window frames and doors made of plastic and aluminum, and our sustainable production and product life cycle. Our products and solutions met with great acclaim and were also of great importance in the subsequent discussions at and after the fair!

Expansion with new production hall offers perspective for business relations

"We exchanged many experiences and information on doing business with the Dutch construction industry. In addition, we were able to maintain contacts with existing and new customers, who stopped by the booth and are very interested in a long-term cooperation with us as one of the oldest Premium Schüco Partner," so Anthonius Gabeler. And he adds, "The fact that the construction of our new 3,700 mÇ production hall will be completed by the end of this summer also offers prospects for our existing and upcoming business relations!"
