For over twenty years, Ergon Jobs has been supplying skilled workers to manufacturers and suppliers of windows, doors, frames, roof and facade elements. “What has characterized us all these years is the belief that customization is essential for both candidate and client,” says Tim van Lierop, operations manager at Ergon Jobs. “That philosophy is the basis for lasting relationships and successful projects. One of the collaborations we are proud of is the one with a renowned manufacturing company of facade elements.”
About three and a half years ago, initial talks began. “However, the seed for cooperation had already been planted earlier,” says Van Lierop. “The moment this client indicated that additional capacity was actually needed, we were ready to jump in.” That turned out to be a bull's-eye. “What began as a cautious start-up grew into a strong partnership that now employs sixteen of our professionals. The client has since developed into one of our larger and most committed partners.”

Work at the production company takes place in three different halls. In one of the halls, elements are prepared on various CNC and sawing machines. In another room, windows, doors and frames are assembled on large work tables. There is also a separate department where prefabricated facade components are manufactured: wooden HSB elements that are eventually processed and fitted with facade cladding and window frames at the main plant. “Our people are mainly active within production,” says Van Lierop. “Although they are not yet deployed in assembly, we can flexibly scale up in that as well.”
What makes the cooperation between the client and Ergon Jobs special, according to Van Lierop, is the dynamics. “At the time, we started with one to two people. During peak periods this increased to ten. Meanwhile, the cooperation is structural and this client is one of our most important partners. The reason? We share the same way of thinking. Always looking for solutions, showing transparency, even when difficult decisions have to be made, and treating each other as equal partners.”
Van Lierop cherishes such collaborations. “We provide a stable team that has been around for years now. Our people want to work, learn and grow, and this client provides the right environment for that. It is an interaction that benefits both parties. Practically, we also switch quickly. Our employees are housed in the region, travel together or even bike to work. They acquire most of their professional knowledge from the client itself. A great example of a partnership that continues to grow.”
