The Netherlands faces challenges and is in transition. Everyone wants solutions. DUCO's air specialists are happy to present the extensive range of sustainable solutions in the field of demand-controlled ventilation for both renovation, new construction and stacked housing construction during the ENERGIE trade fair.
Within system C, DUCO innovates with the brand new DucoBox Reno, specifically tailored to the renovation market. This brand new extractor box has been developed to super quickly convert an existing system to a high-performance demand-controlled system. As a result, DUCO is helping the market provide upgrades to the existing housing stock much faster than what is possible today. The DucoBox Reno offers the opportunity to exchange an outdated ventilation system 20% faster than existing solutions. But DUCO also has a solution for stacked housing construction.
Collective ventilation in high-rise buildings provides optimal comfort for residents. But many older high-rise complexes have collective rooftop ventilation, where the system is often not controlled or works through a clock program with fixed day/night settings. It is much more energy-efficient, comfortable and healthy to do this demand-controlled per individual dwelling. And this is where the Duco RoofFan comes in. The pressure-controlled Duco RoofFan creates a certain pressure in the collective ventilation shaft and at the moment a home has extra ventilation demand, the iAV control valves are opened. This changes the pressure in the shaft, causing the roof fan to automatically ramp up.
New during ENERGIE is the expansion within the range of WTW units. DUCO is introducing the balanced ventilation units DucoBox Energy Comfort 400 and Comfort Plus 350/450/550. The latest generation of WTW units answers the growing demand for incisive ventilation systems for stringent BENG standards, low energy buildings and the stricter installation requirements for ventilation systems. The units' high thermal efficiency and low power consumption are the result of sophisticated design. Installers save maximum installation time with this unit. The Netherlands has a long tradition of serial housing construction. Through a convenient copy function in the software, it is possible within serial construction to take over the settings within a similar home. And that translates into immense time savings on the construction site.
Discover DUCO's full range of smart ventilation systems from Tuesday, Oct. 11 to Thursday, Oct. 13 in Hall 3, Booth F053. And oh yes, in the entrance to the exhibition hall, the DUCO road truck will be set up for the general public.
