Lecot has been a premium distributor of Renson for several years. But it doesn't stop there. In addition to its own installation service, Lecot already provided expert maintenance of, among others, the Panovista Max. "These additional services were very well received by our customers. Reason enough to extend after-service and maintenance support to all types of Renson vertical fabric awnings," says Bernd Roos, department manager at Lecot.
The big winners of the Renson Service Partner story are the window constructors and installers and the consumer. Why exactly Lecot focuses so hard on that service and total framework Bernd Roos tells himself: "As the largest distributor of the Renson range in Belgium and Luxembourg it is our task to create added value. We continue to invest in order to guarantee excellent service. To become the first Renson Service Partner from that vision is a nice crowning of that commitment."

Do problems crop up on site? Lecot sends trained technicians along. Both for warranty cases and for paid interventions, the deadline is 15 working days. The large stock of spare parts is an extra asset. An installer can easily order urgent parts in the webshop to solve problems quickly. Current parts, such as hand transmitters and motors, are always in stock.
Have a project with at least 15 screens? Lecot puts its own experts to work for its customer-installers. Together, they install vertical fabric awnings with all types of motors. From empty cabinet or cloth package to complete screen. The Lecot specialists offer technical support and assistance for start-up on site or in the workshop. Everywhere in Belgium.
In order for the end customer to enjoy his Renson cloth awning as long as possible, without worries and without major costs, regular maintenance is crucial. Moreover, annual maintenance on the Panovista Max is mandatory in order to receive a warranty. Lecot is happy to take matters into its hands and maintain direct contact with the end customer for the scheduling of this annual maintenance. After installation by Lecot, a maintenance contract is also possible for all types of vertical blinds.
