Dirk Bontridder succeeds Martine Reynaers as new CEO Reynaers Group

Dirk Bontridder brings more than 25 years of international management experience to Reynaers from various manufacturing and service sectors.

Under the leadership of Martine Reynaers, the Reynaers Group grew into a leading international group of companies active in aluminum (Reynaers Aluminium) and steel (Forster) systems for the building industry. The company has 2,400 employees, operates worldwide and is a pioneer in achieving a circular building process. Martine Reynaers will be appointed non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors upon completion of her mandate as Managing Director.
