heroal will participate in R+T digital 2021 from February 22 to 25, 2021. As part of the virtual trade fair, the aluminum system house will present comprehensive sun protection solutions for various applications in residential and commercial construction.

heroal VS Z with a larger range

In the field of vertical screen shading solutions, heroal has a number of exciting novelties in store for the trade fair. A particular highlight is the new, fully retractable 25 millimeter guide for the heroal VS Zip-Screen system. Constructively, the screen has also been optimized, so that areas of 18 m² are now feasible with the heroal VS Z with element widths of up to 6 m. In addition, heroal has developed, among other things, a new bottom frame that ensures optimum fabric tensioning, even for those very large elements, as well as a possibility for the realization of door/window combinations with a continuous case. The system variants heroal VS (with bottom rail guide) and heroal VS C (with stainless steel cable guide) will also be presented at the trade fair, for which, with immediate effect, it will be possible to choose from a wider variety of cloth, as is the case for the heroal VS Z. Depending on the system variant and the fabric selected, up to 100 percent protection from UV rays and solar radiation is thus possible.

Innovative shading solutions - clampable and round the corner

Two new products that score points with their innovativeness have the premiere. With the heroal VS Z EM system, which has been nominated for the R+T 2021 Innovation Award, heroal is presenting at the trade fair a clampable Zip-Screen with solar cell drive, which thanks to its simple attachment without drilling is ideal for use in homes where a power connection is missing and, or whose occupants are environmentally conscious. For efficient sun protection around corners (e.g. for all-glass corners), heroal also offers a very slim corner solution. Special feature: This is provided by a single cable guide, which, due to the special construction of the bottom frames, allows both screen cloths to be operated separately at the same time.

Awnings for the patio cover

For shading of covered terrace areas, heroal shows the new horizontal and vertical awnings. The awning solutions heroal HS - a horizontal awning for application on glass - and heroal VS Z OR - a vertical awning for installation under the gutter or in the side light - can be harmoniously integrated into the heroal OR terrace roof system. There, they provide effective sun and heat protection as well as protection from wind and insects and blend seamlessly into the outdoor living space thanks to numerous design variations.

Prefabricated elements, roller shutter and roller door systems

The trade fair presence at R+T digital will be rounded off with the presentation of the heroal Ready program of prefabricated elements, with heroal taking on the turnkey assembly and production of prefabricated elements in the area of roller shutters, blinds and roller doors. In addition, the company will show proven solutions from its Systemware portfolio for roller shutters and roller doors, as well as the heroal IB Unique insulation box system, which will be expanded for the trade fair with various functions.
