Even without participating in this year's trade show, REHAU's Window Solutions division has numerous highlights and innovations behind it that it will present to customers, partners and interested parties. The company is committed to an engaging digital trade show. Groundbreaking innovations

Under the motto "Create difference, grow business," REHAU develops breakthrough innovations in and around the window that create significant added value for customers and partners and that they can use for themselves. REHAU offers answers to many challenges facing the industry - be it smart technologies, the persistent shortage of skilled workers or digitalization. It is also expanding its product portfolio to include smart solution packages that go beyond profile systems in the sense of being a complete system provider. "We attach great importance to offering not only product components, but also ideally coordinated total systems from one source, so that our customers do not have to worry about the various partners," says Carsten Heuer, Head of Window Solutions and member of the Executive Board at REHAU. "This applies to us in all areas - from product to service to sustainability." A good example of this is the innovative mounting solution for implementing closing elements with the new SYNEGO SLIDE system, which now also offers additional security solutions through the further developed generation of the REHAU Smart Guard. "We are expanding simple windows with smart add-ons, intelligent solutions, digital services and sustainable materials so that they provide real added value for our partners, which in turn enables them to tap into new business areas," emphasizes Carsten Heuer. "

Thoughtful system additions

REHAU offers its customers reliable and tested systems with the right selling points. These include the GENEO profile system from RAU-FIPRO X, which enables extra-large elements with the best energy efficiency and optimized form stability. Or the SYNEGO profile family, which is now complemented by SYNEGO SLIDE to create an economical sliding system. In addition, REHAU is expanding its range in the sense of an umbrella system provider with numerous customized system additions, such as the fall protection SKYFORCE, the new LINEA handle series or a smart mounting solution for collapsible sliding elements.

Intelligent solutions

With new smart technologies, REHAU enables its customers to open up new growth markets, expand the functional scope of the window and offer new under-selling arguments. "We offer advanced plug-and-play solutions that facilitate entry into the smart home world: from stand-alone solutions to integration into complete systems," says Carsten Heuer. In addition to the further development of the REHAU Smart Guard, this also applies to intelligent ventilation and privacy protection solutions (REHAU Privacy and REHAU Shading). The new Smart Guard 2 is now available in a significantly more compact design and with new functions for all REHAU window systems and opening types.

A first for the assembly

REHAU also uses the topic of digitalization and offers its customers new services to optimize their processes. This starts with acquiring new customers, continues with planning and installation, all the way to customer service. REHAU Connect, Just Smart and our Window ID are three highlights from this area. "With REHAU Just Smart, as an innovation leader, we present an absolute novelty in the window and door installation industry. Our answer to counter the increasing shortage of skilled labor in the industry and improve the quality of window installation, "explains Carsten Heuer. This saves partners time and manpower during installation, enables them to carry out additional orders and in turn gives them a clear competitive advantage.

Exemplary use of resources

Responsibility towards people and nature is of great importance. REHAU has consistently designed all production and procurement processes sustainably within its Window Solutions division, making it one of the pioneers in the industry. But this success is not recent, as REHAU has been ensuring the return of profile parts and putting them back into production since 1988. In recent years, since 2014, the proportion of profiles with recycled material has gradually increased from 25% to more than 40% and will even increase to 50% next year. "With our closed recycling cycle, we already offer our customers the right arguments for integrating this important topic into their core business and sales discussions," Car-sten Heuer emphasizes.

REHAU takes responsibility for people and nature and offers sustainable window systems with integrated recyclate for generations. The sustainable window profiles, which are marketed under the new REHAU EcoPuls label, save a lot of CO2 during production compared to conventional profiles, as approximately 88% fewer emissions are released during the production of recyclate. A total of 97,000 tons of CO2 can be saved annually. This corresponds to the level that a forest with 7,800,000 trees could achieve
