For the past few years, the VMRG has been working with SlimLabs and Ledger Leopard to develop the Façade Identification System (FIS). At the well-attended VMRG Market Day on September 24 last, the new name of the former FIS was launched: Cirlinq. The new Cirlinq website was also presented here.
Together with launching customer facade builders De Groot & Visser, Hermeta and Alkondor, members, partners and market participants, a platform has been developed that connects the physical and digital worlds. Cirlinq is an application that allows you to easily capture, track and share products around you. This can be done both inside and outside the organization.
Organizations spend a lot of time trying to figure out where their products are located. Then finding the right information about the product is a time-consuming task. It is even common that the correct information is no longer available at all. When considering product reuse, it is precisely important to know the condition of the product. If this is not known, the product disappears as waste. Cirlinq tracks products throughout their life cycle.
Cirlinq provides up-to-date information on buildings, products, materials and raw materials throughout their life cycle. This leads to fewer surprises, lower costs and more comfortable use. In addition, product maintenance can be carried out in a much more targeted and efficient manner, which extends the lifespan and thus contributes to a circular economy.
The platform will be operational from January 2020. If you are already interested in Cirlinq, please indicate this via the contact form on the website www.cirlinq.nl
