Established in 1982, Claerhout Aluminium specializes in the processing and supply of aluminum wall coverings and window sills, facade cladding, roof edge profiles, roof trim, rain drains and pleating.

"We waterproof buildings with our aluminum solutions. Every year we complete some three hundred and fifty projects and for that we use three hundred and seventy-five tons of aluminum," says sales manager Christophe Rebry.

"The customer is at the heart of our business. They can call on a team of enthusiastic and experienced employees, who are ready every day to transform their wishes into a suitable solution. We develop and produce, but also have our own installation service."

Reference projects include the new AZ Delta hospital building in Rumbeke, the Blankenberge train station, The H-Hartcollege in Waregem and Les Trèfles elementary school in Anderlecht, Lake View and Ernest Solvay apartments in Brussels and many other apartment buildings and other projects in Flanders and Wallonia.

Cladding and pleating

The demand for the production and assembly of wall cladding as well as general folding work is steadily increasing, which is why the company is also highlighting these two assets at Polyclose.

"We are increasingly receiving orders from large and smaller contracting companies to carry out and install aluminum cladding. We have experienced project managers and installation teams, as well as investing in a powder coating line, which enables us to guarantee customers the desired RAL colors and short production times. We usually work with aluminum sheets of 3000 x 1500 mm and bend thicknesses of 1.5, 2, 3 and 4 mm," indicates the sales manager.

"General bending work includes U, L and Z profiles. Every day we process orders from Belgian joiners ranging from sills to window frames. Production times of up to 10 working days for bending work in the desired RAL color are a matter of course. As a paint finish, customers can choose from textured, gloss or matte."
