It is sunny when we stand outside and look at the facade of the new building. In the parking lot of Façade Groep's new building in Deurne, I am standing with Fedor Nouwen, Director and Owner of Façade Groep, Geraldo Beurskens, Project Manager at Façade Groep, Hans van Gils, Area Sales Manager at RENOLIT and Stefan Schmatz, Business Manager Construction at RENOLIT.
Façade Group is a specialist distributor of building renovation films. Due to growth, the move to new premises was desirable. A multifunctional and sustainable new building now houses the company. The facade of the building stands out because of the modern combination of colors, which was created by applying different foils. "The green parts and the parts in wood look are pasted with RENOLIT REFACE renovation foil from RENOLIT," Nouwen confides.

Six years ago, Façade Group included RENOLIT repair films in its program. Six months ago, RENOLIT REFACE was added. Van Gils: "Whereas originally the repair films were used for window frame repairs, RENOLIT REFACE was specially developed for the overcoating of facade panels."
Beurskens adds: "With RENOLIT REFACE, you add value to the facade. For relatively little money, you not only get a totally new look, but also a film that has a protective effect."

Façade Group may call itself exclusive distributor of RENOLIT REFACE. Van Gils explains, "I have known Fedor since the exterior training courses at RENOLIT. He never made a secret of the fact that he wanted to become a distributor of our exterior film. However, RENOLIT itself did the distribution in the Benelux in those days. When Stefan Schmatz joined us, he expressed the desire to create a distribution network after all. I immediately thought back to Fedor and his company, and now here we are. We now see each other as strong partners."
Schmatz sees a trend regarding the use of RENOLIT REFACE emerging: "Instead of using the film for renovation purposes, we are increasingly seeing buildings being constructed in neutral colors. Color accents are then applied afterwards, by adhering film. Smart, because when the building is sold or tenants change, the building can be handed over in its original state, or one can choose one's own color of film."

RENOLIT REFACE is a sustainable product because of its application and the way it is produced. Beurskens: "Facade panels that are no longer visually attractive would otherwise be thrown away. With RENOLIT REFACE, you breathe new life into those panels."
Schmatz adds, "RENOLIT REFACE also scores well on fire resistance and passes the SBI tests with flying colors. RENOLIT REFACE has the lowest smoke emission and a D0 (zero) score, i.e. no drips in the event of a fire."
