'Planning future construction plans with the latest innovations'

Even if you are experiencing a lot of growth in the market, then of course you will be there, at the BouwBeurs. Speaking is Floran Schurink, Marketing Manager at MACO Beschläge Nederland BV in Zelhem.

"We are present in Utrecht because we want to show the market and experience that we offer a total concept. The BouwBeurs is oriented towards a broad audience and that is exactly what MACO wants: To communicate the total system market-wide. Push but also pull; that ensures growth for both us and our partners.

"What we want to show? Well, we have beautiful and high-quality hardware solutions that complement each other. That's the core of the message. But of course these can also be used well separately. Our strategy is to work from a total concept for window, door and (lift) sliding systems."

Floran immediately touches on the automatic multi-point locking system. "We have also presented the A-TS before, such as at the Fensterbau Frontale, but it is now ready for the Dutch market and available from April 2019. There is a lot of demand for the locks (also clearly noticeable at the BouwBeurs). The A-TS is in great demand because it is a lock that is post-lockable. The M-TS, the fully electronic lock, on the other hand, is still in the pilot phase but we are already happy to show it because it is important for the market to know what is coming. So future construction plans can already be planned with the latest innovations. So in this way we also inspire our customers: governing is looking ahead."

SmartHome
Floran also says that there is increasing demand from the market for specific Smart Home solutions. "With MACO mTRONIC, the status of the window can be monitored and if any unplanned action occurs at the window  occurs, then the alarm goes off. The mTRONIC can be combined with various SmartHome functions such as heating, curtains and more."
