Novelties introduced at Fensterbau Frontale
During the last edition of Fensterbau Frontale, POLYTEC Netherlands could of course not be missing. The door panel specialist took full advantage of the trade fair participation by launching a large number of new products and further developments in the premium segment. The emphasis was on various new techniques for front door panels. Commercial manager Petra Drijver once again highlights some of the novelties presented.

POLYTEC, a subsidiary of Rodenberg Türsysteme AG, has been offering an extensive and varied range of high-quality, durable and maintenance-free door panels made of plastic and aluminum since 1990. Products that are manufactured in Germany using state-of-the-art technology within the company's own plant and are subject to continuous further development. The result is a suitable solution for every door, taste and style. This versatility was once again evident at Fensterbau Frontale 2026, a fitting stage for POLYTEC to also present a number of new, innovative products.
At the center of POLYTEC Netherlands“ eye-catching booth were several exclusive models featuring modern decor panels, matte fine-textured coatings and several new surface finishing options ranging from painted glass and laser engraving to high-end metal effects. ”To support the trade fair introduction of these new products, we had an easy-to-read innovation catalog available,“ says Drijver. ”This gave visitors a complete overview of the most important design, color and material trends for 2026."
To respond to the growing demand for front door panels from the Art Decor collection, POLYTEC Nederland showed several newly designed models. “Characteristic of all models in this exclusive product series are the low-maintenance decor surfaces in natural wood optics combined with manually painted grooves in a deep black fine texture,” explains Drijver. “The result is a powerful interplay of lines with a distinct design look.”
The design potential of glass was evident in the front door panels of the new Vitrum model series. Equipped with design surfaces of painted glass, this line represents innovative material combinations. Drijver: “The Vitrum program includes plastic and aluminum door panels with a cover plate of painted glass in deep black or anthracite gray. Shades that provide brilliant color and gloss effects with a high-quality look.”
The existing Metallic collection fits seamlessly with current interior design trends and is distinguished by accents with moldings in copper or brass optics. During the fair, POLYTEC Netherlands showed additional panel variants that respond to the demand for contemporary metallic finishes. Such as Art-Terra, a new surface characterized by a finely textured finish with subtly glossy copper, brown and brass nuances.

With the design of panel surfaces in laser design, POLYTEC Nederland in Nuremberg also gave the starting shot for a new, design-oriented product series. “By using modern laser technology, it is possible to apply filigree patterns, motifs and fine lines in the colors deep black or anthracite gray directly into the front door panel surface,” explains Drijver. “With all-glass sidelights in laser design, we complete the offering within this segment.”
POLYTEC rounded off the trade fair participation with several live presentations of the Porta Vision, the door to the digital POLYTEC world. “Within this we offer with Multivision front door, our Dream Door Configurator with AR function and TTK Expert powerful software to put together the desired front door solution yourself quickly and easily,” concludes Drijver.
