Save the date: Polyclose 2026 will once again be the meeting point for window, door, sun protection, facade and access technology

From January 14 to 16, 2026, Ghent will host the 22nd edition of Polyclose, the leading trade fair in the Benelux for window, door, sun protection, façade and access technology. This edition boasts a new content section: the brand new PolycloseSummit.

Polyclose brings together more than 200 exhibitors and over 12,000 trade visitors from the Benelux and other countries every two years. Also in 2026, the trade fair guarantees a complete overview of everything that opens and closes - from innovative window and door profiles to high-performance sun protection, facade insulation and smart access systems.

Focus on current challenges: from overheating to acoustics

This year's fair places additional emphasis on the role of the facade in indoor climate, comfort and sustainability. Themes such as overheating, acoustic comfort, ventilation and energy management are given prominence. Manufacturers showcase solutions that address the need for high-performance, slim facade solutions - often with integrated technology.

New on the show floor: the PolycloseSummit

A notable new feature in 2026 is the PolycloseSummit: a content platform on the exhibition floor where innovation, knowledge sharing and networking come together. It consists of three components:

• Previews: short sessions with an overview of new products presented by a professional host
• Labs: hands-on sessions with concrete applications from exhibitors on current topics
• Sessions: panel discussions and lectures on trends, regulations and future visions within the industry

Participation in the Summit is free for exhibitors and provides an additional opportunity for substantive exposure to a targeted and interested trade audience
