Window systems from heroal: highest thermal insulation with low construction depth

Low building depths with simultaneous high thermal insulation; that is exactly what heroal window systems stand for. The portfolio includes product variants tailored to the individual requirements of processors, architects, planners and builders. The basis for the variants is formed by the two aluminum window systems heroal W 72 and heroal W 77.

The heroal window system W 72 is a versatile system that stands for best quality with high energy and cost efficiency. Here, the heroal W 72 achieves Uf values of 1.3 W/(m²K) at a construction depth of 72 mm and a view width of 120 mm and thus meets the requirements of the German Building Energy Act (GEG 2020) with regard to thermal insulation.

When higher demands are placed on thermal insulation, the heroal window system W 77 is the ideal solution. The highly thermally insulated heroal W 77 HI variant already meets a significantly better Uf value of 0.95 W/(m²K) with a slightly larger construction depth of 77 mm and a view width of 120 mm. For use in passive houses, heroal also offers the heroal W 77 PH variant, which increases the view width to 180 mm. With a Uf -value of 0.78 W/(m²K), even the high requirements of the German
Passivhaus Institut Dr. Feist for passive house certification met.

The heroal W 77 PH window system is therefore the passive house certified aluminum connection system with the smallest construction depth on the Dutch market.

New window rebate vent and ventilation flap for a pleasant room climate

In addition to thermal insulation, ventilation also contributes to a pleasant and healthy climate in interior rooms. In order to ensure user-independent ventilation according to DIN 1946-6 and fresh air flow for the ventilators and also to prevent mold formation, heroal has developed the heroal window rebate ventilation.

If a building project requires a user-independent, natural ventilation concept that provides automatic ventilation day and night, the heroal W 72 VF ventilation flap is ideally suited. The ventilation flap is integrated in the form of motorized opening elements in the curtain wall and can be coated in individual colors.
