New, reversible panel mount

heroal offers a unique panel fastening with the house door system heroal D 72, allowing the prefabricated panel to be fixed into the sash. Maximum sash sizes can be manufactured through the various options in terms of panel fixing. In addition, the use of materials is optimized because no glazing bar is required with the sash profiles heroal D 72 PF ("Panel Fixed") used with fixed internal fittings. The extension of the heroal D 72 door system with a profile construction for this type of panel fixing offers several advantages for installers. For example, assembly is simplified and processing time is reduced, as certain processing steps (such as fitting the glazing bar) are omitted. The house door system sashes are available with a panel thickness of 60 mm and a recessed depth of 72 mm or with a filler thickness of 70 mm and a recessed depth of 82 mm.

No deformations due to temperature differences inside and outside

Three innovative production steps protect the door system from the bimetal effect, where large temperature differences inside and outside lead to deformations of the sash frame. For example, heroal developed the patented deformation-resistant profile connection, which consists of a tightly rolled-in insulation profile and a slide-in spring and protects the profile from damaging thrust forces. The sash frame is sawn, milled and drilled. The intake springs of the sash profiles are removed before the sash is pressed or riveted. Then the insulation profile in parts of the sash profile and the retracting springs are replaced. The profile connection remains partially intact and acting thrust forces are not transmitted to the locking and locking cylinder. 

Expressive surfaces

To set accents or integrate doors harmoniously into the building envelope, the heroal D 72 can be coated in a variety of colors and designs. Different color shades and designs can be selected for frames, panels, handles and hinges - as standard also available in bicolor for inside and outside. You can choose from all RAL colors, the color shades of Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier, for which heroal holds an exclusive license within the industry, and the surface finish heroal SD, with which designs such as natural wood or modern concrete looks can be realized. The heroal surface coating opens doors for creative finishes not possible with other materials.
