The KegaPro Excellent exterior door is a quality wooden door with corresponding design freedom for the architect. In addition, the KaiCombi concept complies with burglary protection SKG^** and the concept has proven performance in air and water tightness, closing force, stability and functionality. Sustainability is also considered with the low-maintenance top coating. The door scores better on thermal insulation value than a plastic sash with triple glazing. The special and permanently flexible seal in the door, together with the multi-point locking system always locked at three points, ensures the highest class in air tightness, with a very low Qv10 and C-value. With a stability class 3, which means that the door must not warp by more than 4 mm, the solution offers a good alternative to plastic. And because the eye wants something too, the natural look of the quality wooden door is available in all common paint colors.

Not locked, but always locked

Kegro Deuren's KaiCombi concept is used in conjunction with SIEGENIA's KFV AS3600 lock. KFV's AS3600 locks fully automatically when the door is pulled shut. Thanks to the quadruple 'Soft Lock' pin locks and two solid swivel hooks, the KFV AS3600 is SKG^** and the wooden door-plastic frame element burglar-resistant RC-2 according to NEN-EN 1627. 

The lock is accompanied by smooth operation and is optimally adjustable in combination with the corresponding locking bar or bowls. Tolerance problems between door and frame can thus be minimized. When the door is closed, the KFV AS3600 automatically locks the secondary lock boxes. This contributes to an always high airtightness. It is not necessary to lock the main lock first. The ease of operation of the KFV AS3600 lock, with its optimized seals and door-frame connection, ensures that the highest level of operating comfort Class 4 to EN 12217 is achieved.

Advice is also part of the total package 

Kegro Deuren advises the processor, manages the underpinning test certificates and indicates how to make the whole thing, thus trying to provide convenience to the plastic processor. With the concept, the door is delivered exactly to size and fit the profile system to the plastic processor, who can hang it in the matching frame. The product comes with a 6-year GND warranty and a 2-year aftercare warranty on functionality, wind and water tightness.
