Man, man, what a winter we had! Too high outside temperatures for the central heating to kick in, but wind force 8 on your facade every weekend and drafts all over the floor! Did you also find it such a challenge to keep it a bit comfortable in your house? Then it's time to think about better insulation. Tip from CanDo: When you get started, don't forget your doors!
CanDo has several exterior doors with an extra high insulation value in its range. You can find them in our modern series and recognizes them by the - how could it be otherwise - comfort label. These doors have an extra insulating core between two aluminum sheets. More than enough to keep out cold. That's 1.
2. Draughts across the floor, you can also do something about that with these doors. The aluminum plates prevent the door from warping. That saves a lot of potential draft gaps! For the draught gaps that cannot be avoided (the front door must still be able to move...) CanDo also has all kinds of perks: a draft door lintel, draft profiles and even a letterbox draught excluder. You can install these yourself, or you can have it done with the CanDo All Inclusive service. You see: we are not made for one (draft) hole, but for all.
In short: do you want cold and drafts (and undoubtedly extreme heat again next summer) to stop at the outside door? Or do you want to be able to talk about making your home more sustainable at your neighbor's birthday party? Then get to work quickly with insulating doors.
P.s. Did we mention that the doors are also very nice?
