At the Polyclose trade fair, Aluplast is presenting its innovative solutions for the window industry. The company has been producing PVC profiles for more than 44 years and supplies window manufacturers worldwide, with a strong focus on European markets, including France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
An important part of the presentation is the Neo platform. This platform was developed to reduce the increasing complexity for window manufacturers. By making different profiles and components - such as glazing bars, accessories and reinforcements - mutually compatible, manufacturers can still produce many different window and frame combinations with fewer parts. This simplifies storage, production and logistics, while allowing customers to choose from more than 50 colors.
In addition, Aluplast emphasizes the concept of “the best of both worlds.” In addition to PVC profiles, the company now also offers aluminum profile systems. This allows aluminum and PVC windows to be perfectly combined with each other in one building. Often aluminum solutions are used on the first floor and PVC solutions on higher floors. Thanks to the uniform appearance, the difference between the two materials is hardly visible from the outside.
With this integrated approach, Aluplast aims to offer window manufacturers a complete range and make the production process simpler and more efficient.
