During the Climate Summit Built Environment of Duurzaam Gebouwd, the winners of the VKG Architecture Prize 2025 were announced. Architect Bram van Borselen of OOKarchitecten has designed the Laakse Tuinen project in the Amersfoort neighborhood of Vathorst. It includes nine luxury apartments, a penthouse, three detached houses and four semi-detached houses, two of which are life-long homes. The luxury homes with aluminum frames and sliding doors were built under the VMRG Quality Mark.
