This software is used daily by window manufacturers, door manufacturers and facade builders to plan and produce their products: from design through estimation, quotation, engineering and work preparation to intelligent machine control. Calculating stability, making connections or determining joints, everything is possible.
Moreover, the software offers users an integrated CAD solution and various standard interfaces to AutoCAD, PPS and ERP systems, for example. This is another reason why Logikal is at the heart of many manufacturers' IT operations. 

Everything starts from the project center. After all, that is where it happens and where all programs are started and the individual positions are created: for a window for a house, a door for a store or a facade of a large project. From that center, the user is guided step by step through the elaboration of a project. Logic is automatically controlled

The name "Logikal" actually says it all: a logic check is integrated. It checks the logic of all data entered, and it does so fully automatically. This ensures that only technically feasible constructions can be entered. This provides security in calculation, engineering and production. 

One of its many strengths is the fact that CNC machines from all major manufacturers can be controlled from the software. This eliminates the need for further programming on the machines. This direct control stems from Orgadata's digital collection of components and profiles. For example, if a door is planned and the constructor adds a lock from the database, the operation in the profile is immediately sent along. In this way, the machine automatically knows where to perform which operation: milling a groove for the lock or drilling holes for the screws.

Orgadata has predefined the combination of these components for the user. This direct control significantly increases productivity: "Customers tell us again and again that the machines run 30% longer because of the control, and at that time it is possible to produce some more," says Sebastian Bode.

Logikal's database is very comprehensive and continuously maintained. So there users really find a wealth of information. This database includes the products of the best-known manufacturers of profiles and hardware, as well as glass and accessories, all with up-to-date technical information, prices and availability. With Logikal, window manufacturers can easily cope with the increasing complexity and rapid changes in the industry. This wide variety of available data is a unique feature of Logikal. 

This software allows easy processing of components from different manufacturers. Metal processing companies can process their suppliers' profiles with just one software. Logikal MES for digital production

'Logikal MES' (Manufacturing Execution System) is the ideal extension, which digitizes, optimizes and controls the different steps in the production process and thus completely modernizes the workstations. Sebastian Bode comments: "Logikal MES is the guarantee that window manufacturers, door products and facade builders can successfully manufacture their products and that according to the requirements of today and tomorrow." 

With Logikal MES there is a screen at each machine and individual workstation, on which you can read exactly, what is happening. In this way, the traditional way of working on paper is superfluous and the focus is on paperless production. Logikal MES also collects all data from that production process digitally, making all data available at the touch of a button.
