"Thus, there are no interfaces. This is what makes the application so practical for the users, because they get hassle-free access to all relevant information related to customer and project. Indeed, there are already apps for surveying, but our solution is unique because one communicates directly with the database," indicates international consultant Frans Visscher. The data can be easily stored, so it can also be consulted at any time. If no network connection is available, the data from the survey are first stored offline and transmitted at a later time. All data are available as text, image, video or audio files for further processing in the office. 

Everything necessary to correctly execute the order can be done immediately: the availability of materials can be checked, and, if necessary, an order proposal can also be accepted, and production capacity can also be scheduled. 

"We took particular care to ensure that using the app was as simple as possible. All the steps had to speak for themselves, because only then will such a tool be used," Visscher states. And the software house really succeeded in this. From a central database, 3E-LOOK clearly displays all business processes in the production of windows and doors: design, calculation, engineering, work preparation, production, purchasing, delivery, assembly and service.
