At Polyclose 2026 in Ghent, Matrix Software and Techwin Software will jointly show how far the digitization of window frame production has now progressed. The two sister companies will present their latest software solutions for calculation, work preparation, production and machine control. Account Manager Martijn Ligtermoet of Matrix Software explains what visitors can expect - and why Matrix's All-in-One concept is the standard for today's frame manufacturer.
This is the second time Matrix Software and Techwin are together at Polyclose. Since their collaboration in 2023, they have been joining forces. “In Belgium our partner has been an established name for years, in the Netherlands we are,” explains Ligtermoet. “We complement each other perfectly. At the fair, we will show how our joint software solutions form one logical whole - from quotation to delivery.”

Central to the booth is the All-in-One concept. “With this we bring together the entire business operations of a frame manufacturer in one system,” says Ligtermoet. “This gives window frame and joinery factories a total solution for composing, calculating, quoting, ordering and producing window frames.”
The basis of the All-in-1 concept is MatrixKozijn, with separate versions for plastic and wood. “With it, you digitally create a design, perform calculations and prepare for production,” the account manager clarifies. “Everything you enter is automatically translated into production lists, order lists and detail drawings.
That saves an enormous amount of time and prevents errors.”
On top of MatrixKozijn, users can expand with MatrixProject, which includes modules for quotation management, purchasing, inventory management, production planning and invoicing, among others. “The power lies in the integration,” Ligtermoet emphasizes. “All components communicate with each other digitally. With this, the user always has real-time insight into the status of projects, orders and production.”
An important part of MatrixProject is MES, which makes it possible to control the production process completely paperless. “Employees always see the correct drawings, order information and processing steps on a screen or tablet,” explains Ligtermoet. “Changes are immediately processed and made visible. This prevents working with outdated information and significantly reduces the risk of errors.”
In addition, the All-in-One concept also offers a perfect solution for CNC control of machine tools: MatrixKozijn CNC. “Whether sawing, milling, welding or assembly: this module provides direct control of all renowned brands of machine tools, such as Urban, Thorwesten, Pertici, Rotox and Schirmer,” continues Ligtermoet. “With this, we make the step from design to production completely digital and error-free.”
A separate module from the Matrix All-in-1 software package that more and more window frame factories are using is Matrix WebKozijn. This online tool acts as a web shop for window frames, where dealers and customers can easily request quotes or even order directly. “WebKozijn makes it possible to fill your digital shop window with all common window frame shapes and options,” Ligtermoet clarifies. “Once a customer places their order, the order automatically flows through to work preparation and production. This makes the chain shorter, faster and more efficient.”
Techwin, the Belgian partner of Matrix Software, is presenting at Polyclose a similar line of products and services that fit seamlessly with the All-in-One principle: with JoPPS for estimation, work preparation and machine control, JoRPA for managing deliveries, orders and planning, and JoSS for paperless control of the shop floor with real-time progress insight. Ligtermoet concludes, “At Polyclose, we will show how all these systems reinforce each other and form one digital process - from inquiry to delivery, in wood, plastic and aluminum. Anyone who wants to be ready for the future should not miss our stand.”
