With revy 10, revy 20 and revy 30, dormakaba presents three certified profile cylinder models, each with a specific security level and a technical patent up to 2042. At the same time, it is possible to expand each variant as desired with special functions for even greater convenience, such as building key functionality. “Thanks to our cooperation with authorized local security partners, we are able to meet every demand with a customized solution,” Claassen said. “Keys can also be reordered.”

The dormakaba revy 10, to be used for both series and same-key locking, is ideal for securing access to private homes with a one-key solution. “With reliable security features, the revy 10 guarantees high protection and super-easy operation,” Claassen continued. “In this respect, it is in no way inferior to the revy 20 and 30, the other models within the series.” 

Widely applicable 

The revy 20 cylinders are best suited to small to medium-sized locking plans. This variant is also available in various cylinder types. Partly because of this, it is a suitable product to apply for private homes via a one-key solution, as well as for apartments and business premises. “In the latter two cases, operation is done according to a key plan, where one key can have different access rights,” Claassen clarifies.

The revy 30 is the flagship of dormakaba's new series of turn key systems. The model provides all the options a user could want. Especially around the rollout of medium to large locking plans. Also available in different cylinder types and suitable for use in houses, apartment complexes and commercial buildings, the added value of revy 30 lies above all in the multitude of special functions. A welcome extra that can be added to the locking system as you see fit. ‘If you opt for the SUZ function, for example, you get a 3-in-1 cylinder with which the cylinder can be changed up to three times with a single turn of the key,“ Claassen concludes, emphasizing both the versatility of the profile cylinder type and the expertise of dormakaba.
