With the new Rollenband AT hinge, Dr. Hahn presents a door hinge that can be adapted to the most common profile systems. With a knot diameter of 20 mm, it meets the design requirements of architects and building owners for both project doors and private residential construction.
Notwithstanding the slender appearance of the 3-piece roller AT, 2 hinges carry doors up to 150 kg. If a third hinge is used, sash elements up to 180 kg also pose no problem - depending on the profile design. The hinge is adjustable in six directions: horizontally +/- 1.5 mm, vertically +/- 3 mm and the seal pressure can be adjusted +/- 0.3 mm by turning the bearing bushes. The adjustment is made on the inside of the hinge so that even at full adjustment, the knot always remains nicely aligned.
The stainless steel pin is made of one piece and provides a very stable situation. However, it is designed so that the sash can still be easily disassembled. The high-quality materials used are guaranteed to be wear- and maintenance-free even at high weights and intensive use.
Rollband AT hinges are custom made to fit the various profile systems. Profile adapted drilling jigs are also provided for mounting, which are included in the range as accessories.
To meet the ever-increasing demand for different colors, the Rollband AT hinge is also offered in all possible RAL references and anodized versions.
For processors, Dr. Hahn has created a new online tool. This makes it possible to check very quickly whether the Rollenband AT hinge is compatible with the profiles used. Profile brand, system series and combination must be entered. If this combination has already been tested by Dr. Hahn, the processor is informed. If available, you can even enter the Dr. Hahn part number. If the specified combination has not yet been tested, the technical department will take care of it. You may then expect a reply by e-mail at short notice.
Profile adapted installation drawings are not always necessary for the Rollenband AT hinge, although we still recommend always requesting them from our technical department.
