The Berghaus Plaza project in Amsterdam involves the redevelopment of the iconic Berghaus fashion studio.
In the process, the building has been transformed into a sustainable and modern office space, returning the original architectural features.
The project includes two residential towers placed atop the existing property, as well as an office tower on the east side.
Aluminum facades were used for the towers: part curtain wall, part element facade and part inset.
The project was realized under the VMRG Seal of Approval.
