For Dirk Vermeulen, on the one hand, it is logical for Bostik to enter the market with responsible products. The other reason for going green and sustainable is strategic. Parent company Arkema has made sustainability a very high priority. Vermeulen: "We address that very broadly. Meanwhile, you try to influence the entire chain by setting a good example. Creating awareness. Product technically these are adhesives, sealants and a PU foam that meet the highest qualities, with all the advantages for processor and client. All products comply with one to as many as eight international quality and environmental labels. Thanks to the highest emission certifications such as EC1PLUS, A+ and/or M1, they are suitable for application in LEED and BREEAM projects. The Bostik Premium Aware line is available in the Benelux for the professional market.
