BUILDING Shutter Systems is also tackling Polyclose with some special novelties in the field of screens and shutters, such as the Lockscreen^® FRONT Solar, the Lockscreen^® INTEGRATED and the Mini Roll^® MONO and Mini roll^® INTEGRATED.

For the renovation market, the company presents the Lockscreen^® FRONT Solar with a fully retractable bottom bar and a battery, which is integrated into the case without visible seams. Despite the very compact case of 110 x 115 mm, a screen with an area of up to 12 m² is possible, controlled by a solar-powered 10 Nm motor. For new construction projects, BUILDING Shutter Systems offers with the Lockscreen^® INTEGRATED a screen with compact case and fully retractable bottom bar, which is completely concealed in the cavity wall.

The Lockscreen® FRONT Solar with compact case and fully retractable bottom rail is ideal for windows up to 12 m² and is controlled by a solar-powered 10 Nm motor.

In the area of roller shutters, BUILDING Shutter Systems is focusing mainly on ease of installation and use. Thus, the company presents the updated Minirol^® MONO for. While surface-mounted roller shutters are usually only accessible from the rear (interior), this unique new compact cabinet opens either from the rear (interior) or from the bottom (interior), depending on the assembly and finish chosen.

It is the solution for newly built homes where the cabinet is concealed and still remains accessible for inspection. The Mini Roller^® INTEGRATED is a new shutter type, where the box can be concealed beautifully behind impact. The finishing layer of the exterior facade is applied against a specifically developed L-profile, integrating the shutter box tightly and seamlessly.
