The group's core expertise lies in the development, production and/or sale of technologies for processing aluminum, PVC and steel profiles, in glass processing and in advanced software solutions. Digital transformation and smart industry are at the heart of the group's focus and strategic direction.

With the introduction of the One Company strategy, Voilàp reinforces its commitment to bundling expertise and creating synergies across the group's brands. Customers benefit from a larger and broader product offering and bundled service and sales capabilities for greater flexibility, performance and customer service worldwide.

As part of this strategy, "Voilàp Smart Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd." was established in September 2024. was created - a merger of elumatec Shanghai and the sales and service team of emmegi. Voilàp Ibérica is already active in the Spanish market, and in the South American regions Voilàp Mexico and Voilàp Brasil have been created to better serve customers there. Voilàp Scandinavia was recently launched, and we are proud to announce that elumatec and emmegi are joining forces under Voilàp Belgium and Voilàp Netherlands. This creates new centers of expertise offering premium products from all group brands, setting new benchmarks in the industry and delivering exceptional value to customers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
