Cortizo, a leading European company in the design and manufacture of aluminum systems for the construction industry, will be presenting its new launches for the Benelux at Polyclose, including minimalist systems such as the new COR Vision Evolution and the new lift-and-slide door: the 4600 Plus Lift & Slide.
The Spanish multinational is traveling to Ghent with more than fifteen innovations in the field of windows, doors, facades, and balustrades, developed by its own R&D team. There is also a special zone where visitors can discover Infinity: the 10 percent recycled aluminum billet, made entirely from post-consumer scrap and with one of the lowest CO₂ footprints on the market.
Among the innovations, the COR Vision Evolution stands out, a further minimized version of the well-known sliding system, with a 25 mm interlock, concealed wings, and an optional recessed rail system. The system combines a slim design with excellent thermal performance (Uw from 0.88 W/m²K).
The 4600 Plus Lift & Slide—Cortizo's new lift-and-slide door—offers a 50 mm interlock, a 120 mm perimeter sight line, and a glazing capacity of up to 65 mm. Thanks to a 42 mm thermal break and a Uw from 0.65 W/m²K, this is a high-quality solution for demanding climates.
Cortizo also presents Alu-Steel, a window and door system that combines the performance of aluminum with the look of steel. It is suitable for renovation and new construction and offers straight or bevelled profiles for different styles. Its thermal performance is high, with a Uw value starting at 0.83 W/m²K.
Cortizo is also showcasing the COR 80 Evolution, an 80 mm recessed window system that has been optimized for industrial production and installation. With options such as inset seals and a concealed roller shutter, this system offers even higher insulation values, with a Uw starting at 0.73 W/m²K.
Other important series are also available, such as COR Vision Plus, the large minimalist sliding system with only 25 mm interlock and up to 94% glass surface.
In terms of doors, Cortizo presents the Millennium Plus Pivot, a large-format pivot door measuring up to 2.1 × 3 meters (U-value from 0.77 W/m²K), and the Bi-fold Plus folding door with configurations of up to 14 panels.
Finally, there is Cladding Pro, an easy-to-install interior and exterior cladding available in various sizes for creative facade and wall finishes.
