In front of us is a brand new brochure line, with a clearly different signature than its predecessors. For Tom van Boxtel, Commercial Manager Benelux Window Solutions at REHAU, this fulfills a wish. "With a new corporate identity, new photo material and this new brochure line, we are lifting REHAU as a brand even more across borders. You can see that a shift has taken place from traditional German to a more international character. That fits well with the Dutch market. With our Dutch branch, we already had a strong focus on the Dutch market. The new premises and the new marketing tools make us 100% future-proof." It didn't stop there; the website has also been updated to the new look. Good for consumers, but also for the clients of the large profile house. "Getting your marketing right as a brand pays off. It is ultimately the end user who has to say yes to an offer for windows and doors," said Van Boxtel.
There is also news at the product level. The new LINEA handles are elegant and provide the necessary security. The window and door handles have a slim appearance and fit perfectly with modern designed windows and doors. "This new series is also ideal for the replacement market," outlines Van Boxtel. "This is because the pin length can be adapted to any window profile. So swapping is child's play. With a patented Secustik® locking mechanism prevents uninvited guests from manipulating the handle from the outside." LINEA handles come in Alu Steel matte, white, brown, silver, gold and bronze.
"We tentatively announced it late last year, but now it's finally here. The SYNEGO SLIDE sliding door. Perfectly fitting within the SYNEGO NL family," continues Van Boxtel. "With just a little force, this sliding door is feather light to operate. Pure sliding comfort. Optically, this sliding door also has a lot to offer, as the finish is sublime. What's even better is that the SYNEGO SLIDE is available in REHAU's KALEIDO COLOR program. An enormous choice of colors and surface textures, adding up to 400 options. This makes it possible to completely customize the design." The sliding patio door will arrive on the Dutch market in spring 2021. Naturally, a sneak preview is available.
Another novelty in the REHAU program is the KALEIDO FOIL surface finish. The standard collection includes special
accents with wood, metallic and plain motifs. "Naturally in REHAU quality. Tested through and through and approved for long-term living pleasure," outlines Van Boxtel. "Plus points of KALEIDO FOIL include a low-maintenance surface, innovative design and modern fashion colors. In addition, the film is weather-resistant and lightfast. The non-standard KALEIDO FOIL goes one step further in terms of choices, with all kinds of natural textures in wood, metal and stone."
In conclusion, Van Boxtel points to the brochure for the "SKYFORCE" French balcony. "A French balcony that does not compromise on style. All visible parts can be adapted to the finish of the windows and doors, so SKYFORCE fits perfectly and discreetly into the clean lines of modern homes. This balcony is compatible with REHAU's SYNEGO, SYNEGO NL and GENEO window systems."
The components of the SKYFORCE system are available in anodized aluminum, anthracite gray (RAL 7016) and white (RAL 9016). The balcony can also be powder coated in any RAL color to match the windows. Together with the concealed fastening system, this provides a stylish look. SKYFORCE does not need to be mounted on masonry or plaster, so there are no disruptive mounting details visible on the facade.
Van Boxtel said, "REHAU has developed a combined window, door and SKYFORCE balcony solution with special reinforcements that are structurally designed to be fully certified and comply with building codes, providing protection against falls, impacts and bumps."
