For small roller shutter boxes: narrow-roll roller shutter slats heroal RS 37 SW and RS 52 SW

For optimal use of winding space and the best functional properties, heroal has expanded its portfolio with the tightly winding roller shutter slats heroal RS 37 SW and heroal RS 52 SW. Thanks to the optimal combination of slat height and nominal thickness, these are ideal for use in small roller shutter enclosures. This enables space-saving, visually unobtrusive solutions at a lower cost. While the heroal RS 37 SW is ideal for installation in a front box, the shutter slat heroal RS 52 SW is mainly used in surface-mounted box systems. The two shutter slats can be flexibly integrated into all cabinet systems. The optimized hook and pocket geometry makes the roller shutter slat more stable and prevents light from passing through when closed.

Impact rainproof guide rails guide rails heroal DRP - flexibly combinable

As a platform on driving rain proof guide rails, heroal DRP (Driving Rain Proof) can be used flexibly for a variety of building requirements. The density against driving rain is certified up to 600 Pa. Installation is carried out on the frame of the window system. The distance between the heroal DRP guide rails and the window can be easily and extremely efficiently adjusted. In addition to the standard version, variants for a distance of 20 mm or 40 mm are available as well as 10mm profiles for variable expansion. For versatile application possibilities, there is also a version for the combination of a mini-shutter system with an integrated insect screen.

Efficient, reliable assembly with the two-piece guide rails heroal DRP

The two-piece guide rails heroal DRP are available in the HTF (guide rail depth 26 mm) and HTF 40 (guide rail depth 40 mm) variants. They consist of a base profile with snap-on cover and can be mounted either on the wall (without the requirement of driving rain tightness) or on the frame. Since the screws are applied on the inside of the base profile, no screws are visible. The cover suitable for both base profiles has a symmetrical shape and can be reliably clicked into place. The two-piece guide rails are impact rainproof, compatible with current side covers and cabinet systems and, thanks to their two-piece construction, allow easy, efficient access for maintenance.

New platform for corner base frames for particularly easy assembly

The new platform for corner bottom frames supports a particularly simple, high-quality assembly with flat shutter closure. Made of extruded aluminum, the bottom frames are suitable for right- and left-handed applications in surface-mounted or front-mounted cabinets. The two-piece design of the corner underlays offers manufacturers several advantages, for example, revision is possible during maintenance and maximum use is made of identical parts. The corner profiles can be used for both the mini and maxi versions. A long (31 mm) and a short (11 mm) corner version provide flexibility. The glides of the bottom rail guarantee smooth movement in the guide rail. They are suitable for all guides with a depth of up to 26 mm and are available for both the mini and maxi versions.

The system range from heroal is complemented by two solar motors and by the hood system heroal FMC (front mounted combination). Thanks to the solar motors Kaiser Nienhaus Easyline Solar and Somfy RS 100 Solar io, the heroal shutter systems can be installed without external power supply in a process-optimized manner and can be driven particularly energy-efficiently. The hood system heroal FMC is suitable for applications with a visible extruded front hood and has been developed by heroal for particularly cost-effective applications.

Flexibility and cost-effectiveness: ready-made roller shutter armors from heroal

For maximum flexibility, fast availability and easy, time-saving production, heroal shutter slats are available as prefabricated shutter armor, consisting of a slat system and bottom frame. With the expansion of the shutter range, the choice of slat systems and bottom frames for the ready-made armors was also expanded and the color concept revised. The new, tightly winding roller shutter slats heroal RS 37 SW and heroal RS 52 SW are also available as heroal ready-made armors. The configuration options have also been optimized: the new corner bottom frames are included in the portfolio and other accessories such as quick connectors, steel suspension brackets and bottom frame accessories can be individually configured. With a new color concept in the Basic, Trend and Exclusive categories, heroal offers a wide range of design options. The Basic colors are quickly available, classic shades, the Trend colors expand the standard spectrum and the Exclusive colors offer a maximum choice of colors.
