New DUCO office building creates 30 jobs

This translates not only into growth in both innovations and products, but also into increasing demand for employees. In honor of its 30th anniversary, the company is putting 30 new job openings first, and they're not hiding it.

Anyone driving around the industrial park in Veurne cannot ignore it: DUCO, which occupies a total business area of 101,000 m², is expanding and looking for new colleagues. This summer, employees are moving into a new office building. The new office, which will be a leader in terms of sustainability and architecture, will create a lot of additional available workspace. And to fill that extra space, DUCO is looking for new workers to join the team of 240 employees.

30 YEARS = 30 JOBS

Earlier this year, DUCO celebrated its 30th anniversary. In honor of that anniversary, the ventilation and sun protection specialist is highlighting 30 vacancies. 'We remain committed to finding the right profiles,' explains HR manager Filip Lamote. 'The vacant positions are very diverse. Both in the production hall and at management level, we are looking to expand the DUCO team.'

With a total area of 7,500 m² the new offices facilitate DUCO's continued growth. The focus there will be on a pleasant and comfortable indoor climate. Ergonomic comfort is also central to the new building. The combination of healthy air and a good posture will contribute to an optimal working environment where innovation flourishes.

"In addition to a new office complex, DUCO recently built a completely new logistics center with fully automated powder coating plant. On top of that, the location of the company, which is next to the freeway, ensures easy accessibility without traffic jams," concludes the HR manager.
