Merger Manntech Gevelinstallaties BV - Alimak Hek B.V.

As of March 13, 2019, the companies Manntech Gevelinstallaties B.V. and AlimakHek B.V. have merged into a new limited liability company.

The new name will be: Alimak Group Benelux B.V.

The new BV will be registered under the Manntech registration number at the Chamber of Commerce. It is therefore only a name change.

Activities will continue to be conducted from the two current offices (Zevenbergen and Tilburg). Contact details and your contact persons will remain unchanged. However, bank account numbers and VAT numbers will be adapted to the new joint organization.

The day-to-day management of the new BV will be in the hands of Koen Geuens.
Geert Knook will be Country Manager After Sales for both Benelux and Germany.
