Matrix Software Receives Preferred Supplier Of The Year Award 2020/2021

THE big question was who would be this year's successor to Kruba (2017), Gealan (2018) and ISC (2019). Well ... it became Matrix Software from Nijmegen. Henk Weber and Didier Holslag of KUFA Raamsystemen would have liked to hand over the certificate live but unfortunately: the coronagraphs threw a spanner in the works. And so the certificate was sent to Hans Storms, branch manager at Matrix in Nijmegen. Needless to say, he was surprised. "Actually I see this Award as a milestone of a long good cooperation. It has always felt like we are growing together, pulling together. Moreover, you just feel that the employees of KUFA Window Systems stand for the products they deliver."

Henk and Didier are naturally also "full of praise" "Everything we have been able to develop with Matrix in 2020 is with certainty the basis for our joint future," says Henk. "Online calculation has received an unprecedented boost due to the innovations initiated by Matrix. The software solutions are unprecedented. In addition, we have made nice follow-up agreements for the next decade. So the cooperation will intensify even more. I am very much looking forward to the near future. It's great that the chain is developing in this way."

Cees van Essen of Kruba had no idea when he was asked by Henk and Didier to come to the headquarters in IJmuiden in January 2018. No, it was not a regular meeting, as it turned out. Kruba turned out to be the recipient of the first Preferred Supplier Award. "Kruba has effectively helped us along the way in the development of our products. So too with the S9000.nl that will be our theme for the coming years. We needed to move from compact machines to flexible machines. Kruba - as a supplier - helped us with that."

Robert Tänzel and Mark Beukert of Gealan had already planned to go to the Bouwbeurs in Utrecht, not knowing that they would receive the Supplier Of The Year Award there at the KUFA Raamsystemen stand. Henk Weber: "I think that in recent years they haven't always chosen the easiest path when changing the profiles to the S9000 series. But it did work; they surprised us with this and they stimulated us with all kinds of points for improvement. In particular, the diversity of colors available in the profiles appealed to us. Also, the fact that the organization always works in line with the market and can switch quickly. This is also necessary in the market in which we operate. In 2018, Gealan has proven to be invaluable to us."

At the Polyclose, Erik Smits of ICS Profielen BV received the Award. According to Henk Weber, the reason is clear. "ICS is the best supplier of under sills. Together with ICS we were able to develop a cover for the existing window sill stone, which became the complement for our RenoS9000 series."
