MACO BENELUX is presenting its latest automation and smart home solutions for windows, doors and lift-slide doors at HOUTPRO+ 2022 but there is more. From November 1 to 4, MACO will present at booth number 6340 in Hall 6.

We will demonstrate door, window and lift-slide innovations but MACO will also showcase itself in the field of sustainability," says Harold Wisselink, Sales Director Benelux of MACO Benelux. How does MACO improve the quality of life, for now and in the future? MOVE (SKG2): Affordable luxury for private and public buildings.
A USP is, among other things, the smooth and error-free operation without much effort - even by different users, especially in public buildings such as hotels, for example. The separation of sliding and locking technology makes this possible and distinguishes Move from the competition.
Series production without compromising quality
The optimized sliding system is based on a specially developed profile with a complete covering seal. With parallel pressure and handle control, the sliding door is pressed into the frame and maximum tightness - even in series production - is guaranteed. With Move, luxury becomes the standard and is a beautiful and good alternative to lift-slide hardware that is also optimized in terms of operation. By combining the expertise of both companies, customers benefit from the new system.
Assembly is practical and this is demonstrated by the simple and efficient assembly with standard tools and the high tolerance of up to +/- 5 millimeters. In combination with the MACO Multi-Matic assembly, the central locking system can be freely designed with existing stock parts - this optimizes stock management. All locking points, both handle and center post side, are subsequently adjustable for pressure and height. These pre-adjustment/adjustment options also function perfectly after loading and transport and save time when assembling the elements on site.
At the door, the emphasis is on motorized opening, controlled by access control systems or via an app and the latest innovation: INSTINCT by MACO.
With PROTECT multi-point locks, MACO offers all options of locking: from semi-automatic (Z-TF) and automatic (A-TS) to fully motorized operation (M-TS). Their light and quiet operation is unique in the market. Like MACO's Z-TF door lock, the A-TS and M-TS feature the proven 3-day bolt technology. It guarantees uniformly high contact pressure and thus closes the door precisely and tightly - over the entire door height. This guarantees years of smooth and comfortable closing and opening. This technology also protects against door deformation, drafts, moisture and heat loss, noise and noise.
A-TS: Self-locking automatic lock
With the A-TS, it is enough to pull the door closed to lock it automatically - without a key. Once locked, the door is secure and does not need to be re-locked. All you have to do is operate the handle from the inside. With the A-TS, after-locking over the cylinder is only necessary to prevent children or pets from leaving the house undetected. In this case, the door can be opened with the key from both inside and outside.
In addition to the mechanical-automatic variant, the A-TS is also available in combination with a motor. The A-TS with electric latch bolt (e-opener) allows for daytime setting: by simply moving a latch in the faceplate, the door can be opened from the outside without a key. This is an advantage when working around the house or when children walk in and out. The main latch remains active and ensures that the door remains locked even in a gust of wind. The motorized version is easy to implement by adding a motor and can be combined with access solutions such as Fingerprint, Keypad, transponder or smartphone for easy unlocking.
A unique feature of the A-TS is the functional separation of press-on pressure and latching. The activation of the lock depends on the operation of the central latch bolts and the magnetic activator. Once the correct position of the door leaf is assured, two hooks and the steel deadbolt automatically slide out. And the door is safely triple-locked - without turning a key. The A-TS is designed for demanding house and apartment dwellers who want to combine security with convenience and attractive design.
M-TS: the fast and silent motor lock
With the fully motorized M-TS lock, MACO opens up a new market segment by intelligently combining mechanics and motorization. As with the A-TS, the tightening pressure is realized by the three-bar bolt; the motor is used only for locking the two hooks and the deadbolt. The motor is placed directly in the main latch box and is therefore quieter and faster than conventional motor solutions. In addition, standard cylinders can be used - a freewheeling cylinder is no longer required. This makes the M-TS extremely attractive in terms of competitiveness.
Convenient unlocking is done via access control or via day mode setting, activated via a wall switch or the MACO app. With integrated lock monitoring, it can be combined with commercially available smart home systems. Moreover, like the A-TS, the M-TS is suitable for RC-2 to RC-3, - depending on the door system - and uses the same range of (MF-HO platform) locking components. It complies with DIN EN 14846 and the QM 342 certification program. All Protect door locks are suitable for installation in wooden, plastic and aluminum doors.
INSTINCT Revolution: multi-point locking without a cylinder lock
After 150 years of continuing development of the cylinder lock, MACO sets a milestone in history with
INSTINCT by MACO. Individual, up to eight exclusively motor-controlled locking elements can be flexibly installed in the door and, thanks to their low installation depth of only 20 millimeters, can be accommodated both in the door leaf and also in the door frame. This compact design allows the system to unfold its potential: motorized components can also be installed on the frame side. The INSTINCT electronic locking system offers an excellent opportunity for differentiation on the market. It represents new door shapes and architectural requirements as well as fast and lean logistics, maximum processing flexibility, minimum milling effort and easy assembly.
MULTI SECUAIR: Secure ventilation for greater comfort
Leaving the house feeling safe when the windows are in tilt position - MACO creates this feeling of well-being with the MULTI SECUAIR secure ventilation position, which ensures safety and energy-efficient ventilation at a reduced tilt position of up to 10 mm. It meets the requirements of a modern lifestyle, as it ensures continuous ventilation and a constant climate during long absences or with the increasing airtightness of the home. When Multi SECUAIR is combined with a lockable handle - like the one from MACO - the solution is even equipped and tested for burglary resistance class SKG2 and RC 2. Another big plus is that the hardware holds up in both tilt positions in the event of drafts or gusts of wind.
E-Fittings: Drive for automatic window operation
Just what is possible in terms of motorization at the window proves the E-fittings 2.0. Powered by an electric motor, the hardware enables natural living space ventilation via a tilt position for tilt-turn windows and can also be integrated into any home and building automation system. With these features, the window adapts to the occupants' new living habits and is extremely practical to use: The window can be easily tilted motorically via a pulse switch and still remain operable via a handle.
Primat kompakt 195 fanlight opener for specific requirements
The intelligent solution for opening overhead and gable windows is called PRIMAT kompakt 195 from HAUTAU. The narrow electric fanlight opener is suitable for narrow profile constructions. Its compact dimensions allow a wide spectrum of aesthetic design options, and the variable electronic setting for stroke and speed makes it an individualist. Its small size and absolutely silent appearance make it a popular companion where aesthetics and low noise level are of great importance. Multi Power with carrying bar SKG2
Concealed strength for large windows with Multi Power, for both wood and plastic, carries a maximum weight of 180 kg for door sizes and 150 kg for windows. This fully concealed hinge with high load capacity leads to very good thermal insulation and burglary resistance. The fully concealed hinge is synonymous with a new generation of turn-and-turn hardware technology.

If you want to monitor tilt windows on the first floor in addition to the eTronic, combine the eTronic with the mTronic. This also monitors the tilt position and additionally reports via smartphone if someone tries to enter without permission.
