Lecot acquires Biermans (Breda - Netherlands)

Lecot nv announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the shares of the company Biermans. Biermans is a total supplier for construction, industry and agri in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Philippe De Veyt, CEO Lecot: Lecot already had a solid foothold in the Netherlands through its branch Lecot Netherlands in Best (Eindhoven). However, Lecot Netherlands has no stores, only a sales office and focuses mainly on the window and door manufacturers market. By acquiring Biermans, we now become, as in Belgium, a true omnichannel company, able to focus on the different segments of the construction industry. Both Lecot and Biermans are members of the Ferney purchasing association. Both companies are very similar in terms of product portfolio.

Biermans' years of experience in the Netherlands will be a perfect basis for the further expansion of Lecot in the Dutch market.
