heroal expands board of directors

heroal - Johann Henkenjohann GmbH & Co. KG will be managed by a three-member management team from mid-August 2020.

In addition to Dr. Max Schöne, Jürgen Peitz and Dr. Ramon Knollmann are appointed as directors of heroal. This makes the management board a three-member team.

Jürgen Peitz has many years of experience as managing director in the international construction industry and, as part of the new management structure at heroal, is responsible for the areas of sales and service, product management and development and production and logistics.

Dr. Ramon Knollmann has served in leadership positions for the company since July 2019 and, as chief financial officer (CFO), his responsibilities include finance, administration and controlling and human resources. Prior to joining heroal, Dr. Knollmann held various executive positions in the construction industry.

Dr. Max Schöne has served as the fifth generation managing director since January 2020. He is responsible for the areas of strategy and corporate development, marketing, IT and digitalization, and project and process management.

With the expanded management structure, heroal continues to follow the goal of further developing the company on the basis of many years of experience and successful tradition and, together with the partner companies, to permanently strengthen the joint market position. Customer orientation and continuous optimization of the product and service portfolios as well as industry-leading quality and logistics will remain at the center of this.

With the three-member management team, heroal is creating optimal conditions to consistently pursue the path of growth.
