heroal Configurator: configure and order custom elements online

Effective immediately, the company heroal offers its customers the possibility to configure and order heroal Ready prefabricated elements for shutters and awnings online via a configurator. The order entry and ordering process are thus accelerated, simplified and made more reliable.

With the heroal Configurator, customers of the aluminum system house have the opportunity to configure heroal Ready customized elements for shutters and blinds online in the shortest possible time, prepare offers and initiate orders directly with heroal. The entire work process is thereby optimized.

Within the configurator, any number of configurations, projects and offers can be stored and subsequently edited as required. Configurations are checked immediately upon entry for technical feasibility for a high degree of planning security and can be saved as favorites to add them to projects on a recurring basis. Management of projects and offers takes place in a clearly designed dashboard. Offers can be sorted into it according to an individual folder structure and completed projects can be archived to keep the dashboard up-to-date and organized.

Sales and item data and personal purchase conditions are also always up to date in the heroal Configurator and are automatically transferred into configurations, offers and orders, reducing potential errors. Sales prices can be automatically adopted via specially defined values for all articles of an offer; alternatively, manual input is also possible. On request, offers are automatically provided with your own company data, a logo and can be supplemented with free items (e.g. assembly costs) if required. These can be saved in the "My Items" section so that they can be accessed again and again. To further speed up the work process, offers can be generated directly from the heroal configurator. The configurator can be used by heroal customers at any time, even on the road, via the heroal Communicator (communicator.heroal.de), heroal's digital working environment can be called up.
