REHAU Window Solutions (WS) is one of the winners of the German Brand Award 2021. This was announced by the jury of the German Brand Award in mid-June in Berlin. REHAU WS receives the award for the "Digital Highlight Tour" in the category "Brand Events, Fairs & Exhibitions.
'Virtual Fair Experience - Scholarship. Newly Conceived. Newly created'. That is the title of the entry with which REHAU WS successfully competed for one of the coveted prizes of the German Brand Award (GBA) 2021. Marketing Director Peter Kotzur and his team convinced the judges in the category 'Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation - Brand Communication' of the Digital Highlight Tour as a modular brand experience tool.
"This award is a great endorsement of our work and strengthens REHAU WS in its approach to consistently promote digitalization. The tool proves itself once again as an essential success factor within the industry - also with regard to a sustainable and persistently successful customer dialogue."
REHAU WS's strategy of redefining the introduction to REHAU solutions as part of the release of the Digital Highlight Tour in May 2020 has thus proved successful. "The tour creates space for a new kind of dialogue between sales and customers. This creates real brand experiences in the new normal - independent of time and place. Brand and customer further develop each other. The goal is long-term, successful cooperation based on personal interaction," Kotzur continued. This not only convinced the GBA jury, but also made the Digital Highlight Tour a measurable success for REHAU WS. This is illustrated by the following figures, among others:
- > 1,000 Digital Highlight Tour meetings with both new and existing clients,
within 5 months of launch;
- > 40 international products and services in detail;
- > 10,000 calls about products and services.
In the Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation category, GBA judges award the strongest campaigns, concepts and strategies from individual disciplines. The jury consists of independent, interdisciplinary experts from business, science, consulting, services and agencies. Entries are judged according to the criteria of "independence and brand equity, brand distinctiveness, differentiation from the competition and relevance to the target audience.
With 1,134 entries from 17 countries, the 2021 German Brand Award has received a great response, also internationally.
