A healthy indoor climate in a home is of primary importance. We at DUCO have been convinced of this for years. However, we are not sitting on our hands; the needs for the healthy home continue to change just like all other facets of the construction world. We want to keep learning and discovering. Therefore, on April 18, a new webinar will be set up: Smart and Healthy Living: Fact or Fiction? However, we are not doing this alone. We have also called in the expertise of indoor climate specialist Tim Beuker of BBA Indoor Environment.

Together with Binnenklimaat Nederland, Tim Beuker collaborated on a number of objective criteria that can affect the health of residents. There, air ventilation is also discussed. From when do we speak of polluted air and what can be the consequences of that? If possible, even more important: how do we address this and what standards do we use to know if things are going well then?

Practical information combined with the latest technical insights ensure that this can be answered.

Overheating is a hot topic. On today's summer days, not only are we puffing and blowing but for a lot of people, it also brings some health problems. What role can our homes play in keeping us from the excessive heat and how do we get that done? Especially in already existing homes, it is often not obvious to address this problem.

Do we perform major structural interventions or can we make a lot of progress with a relatively limited action? What techniques are available to keep a home without active cooling still livable during our hottest months?
