JOIN FSC FRIDAY!

On Sept. 27, 2019, we celebrate responsible forest management worldwide: FSC Friday!  It is the day to show what you or your organization is doing for the sake of forests. A great opportunity also to inspire others!

This year's theme is "Together we are FSC. Together we can make a farby using FSC products and communicating about them!

1. Attention FSC Friday on Sept. 27 via social media.

FSC forest management has a connection to 14 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. So when you choose FSC wood or paper, you are contributing to the SDGs. In the 'Together we are FSC' campaign, we tell stories linked to the various SDGs. This year during FSC Friday we are focusing on SDG13: Climate Action and SDG15: Life on land. To communicate about these you can use the materials and stories from the campaign, we have a number of materials available via the downloads at the bottom of this page. Don't forget the #FSCFriday and #TogetherWeAreFSC!

2. Demonstrate the positive impact of your project or wood procurement!

The Forest Calculation Tool calculates how much forest is sustainably managed and protected thanks to your project or wood procurement. With the corresponding certificate you make this visible to the outside world. Have you calculated how much FSC wood has been used for a specific project? Then we will be happy to help you create a certificate.

3. Organize your own fun action?
