Deceuninck is proud to announce that its Zendow range has received the VinylPlus® product label. This followed an in-depth audit conducted by BRE, a British independent research institute. The VinylPlus® label lauds Deceuninck for its many initiatives and years of commitment to corporate social responsibility.
The VinylPlus product label is the first sustainability label for plastic window frames. It is awarded based on the following strict criteria:
Deceuninck received the certificate in late 2018 at the VinylPlus offices.
Francis Van Eeckhout, CEO of Deceuninck: "The VinylPlus® product label fits perfectly into our mission 'building a sustainable (t)home', of which ecology is one of the driving forces. Moreover, it is an important argument for our customers because it guarantees that the products they buy are truly sustainable. Finally, it also confirms that plastic is a sustainable and future-oriented material for the construction industry."
Brigitte Dero, VinylPlus® General Manager: "The main objective of the VinylPus® product label is to help companies promote the superior performance of their products and their contribution to sustainability and to a circular economy, thus embodying the spirit of the VinylPlus® program. By obtaining the VinylPlus® label, companies differentiate themselves from others and make it easy for customers and specifiers to identify their plastic products based on their sustainability performance."
