Polyclose remains the time for the sun protection industry to meet fellow professionals and take a closer look at new developments. During the upcoming edition in January 2026, Roma Benelux once again opts for a large, open booth where visitors can become acquainted with a wide range of systems and innovative applications.
The stand, measuring almost 400 square meters, offers plenty of space to test solutions and discuss them with product specialists, who will explain the technology, installation, and possible applications. Roma Benelux will also be giving a first glimpse of new slat colors for roller shutters that will be launched later this year.

One of the prominent features at the stand is the Uno system. This modular cabinet system combines roller shutters, external blinds, and screens in a single uniform housing. For dealers and installers, this means greater clarity in planning and more flexibility in both renovation and new construction projects. Despite its versatility, the cabinet size remains the same, and parts are delivered pre-assembled. This reduces installation time and failure costs. From a technical point of view, Uno also offers smart solutions, such as an integrated window sill with drainage and the option of incorporating fall protection or insect screens without additional installation depth. Guides can also be fully plastered, which meets the growing demand for sleek facade finishes.
Roma is also presenting an extension of the F50 line. This system was already available as a screen solution, but is now also available as an external blind. Thanks to the slim 50-millimeter profile, the series fits seamlessly into glass curtain walls, which often use the same profiling. For architects and project-based applications, this results in a consistent appearance. The new version is delivered pre-assembled, and the closed guides limit light incidence at the sides and keep the system stable in crosswinds. For larger facades, virtually unlimited coupling installations are possible, which is an important added value for larger projects where continuity in the facade image is central.
For situations where installation is difficult due to narrow frames or fully glazed corners, Roma Benelux introduces the mini guide. With a visible profile of only eight millimeters, this solution is intended for situations where you want guidance, but space is limited. Despite its compact size, the system remains wind-stable up to 62 km per hour. Installation requires only two mounting points, making the mini guide a practical solution for installers in challenging situations.
According to Roma Benelux, Polyclose primarily offers the opportunity to showcase systems and engage in conversation with industry professionals. For years, the company has been developing systems that focus on comfort, design, and technical reliability. Dealers and installers in the Netherlands and Belgium can count on the support, customization, and product advice they need to serve their customers well.
With the presentation in Ghent, Roma emphasizes that innovation in the sun protection market continues. Polyclose once again offers every specialist retailer an opportunity to compare solutions, gather knowledge, and assess which systems are suitable for the projects planned for 2026.
