BUVA homecare systems acquires Holonite BV, strengthening its position in the sill market

BUVA is considered a building partner for the construction industry and is a market leader in the field of hardware and sills. Holonite is the producer of composite stone sills in the Netherlands.

The purpose of this acquisition is to strengthen BUVA's position in the market for lower sills and adjacent sectors. Due to the strength of both brands, BUVA and Holonite will continue to operate independently alongside each other.

In addition to strengthening the market position, there are several synergy benefits for BUVA and Holonite in the areas of production, purchasing, sales and product development.

The two entities combined have sales of €65 million and employ nearly 250 people.
