This new version scores with far-reaching end-to-end digitization and thus ensures maximum efficiency at all levels among window manufacturers.
Visit 3E at booth 322 in Hall 1 to learn about the new version 16 of 3E-LOOK. With it, information is always available in real time no matter what - in the office, on construction sites or on the road. Thanks to various window scanning processes, data can be accessed and orders can be executed efficiently. Under the motto ‘Simple.Digital.Connected,’ the software specialist is highlighting various elements.
Web-Sales opens up more possibilities for sales and dealers. After all, new features make online sales more efficient: select products, configure them and immediately turn them into an order in just a few clicks.
The new rack and load carrier management module provides complete transparency, reduces costs and optimizes the circulation of load carriers. Racks are efficiently planned, deployed and monitored. Giving feedback has never been so easy and transparent: customers and dealers can very easily indicate via a web application which racks are ready for pick-up.
All deliveries - both to dealers and directly to the construction site - are recorded on site, confirmed and returned digitally. Signed delivery notes, like invoices, can be sent immediately as PDFs by e-mail. In this way, all processing is efficient, transparent and paperless.
3E also turns the spotlight on its mobile solutions, which allow data to be captured and processed independent of location. Apps for tablets and smartphones are seamlessly connected to 3E-LOOK. All data are always up to date and available in real time, whether on site or in the office.
For example, the surveying app, coupled with a measuring device, ensures accurate and fast recording of all dimensions on site. During installation, the assembly app can be consulted. This includes all documentation (photos, texts, etc.) and allows the customer to digitally sign off on completion. This app uses the scannable labels on the windows (also NFC). In turn, the service app is ideal for complete handling of service orders, while the maintenance app organizes and handles all existing maintenance contracts.
Comprehensive inventory management functions provide more precise insights and support informed decisions. Greater practicality: the new reservation concept also takes into account orders to be delivered earlier or at short notice when planning material requirements.
The integration of web configurators from partners, such as Adeco, Alukon, Beck+Heun, Duotherm, Growe/Roltex, Gutmann, Hella, Rodenberg, Roma, Schlotterer, Stemeseder and Warema, means that the most up-to-date data is always available online.
The basic data service ensures well-maintained, up-to-date data and relieves users considerably. In doing so, 3E works closely with suppliers and other industry partners, fully in line with the TOGETHER BETTER philosophy.
