“OnLevel was founded with a very simple goal,” explains Marco Bleffert, responsible for sales at OnLevel. “We want to simplify glass balustrade systems. That means products that are intuitive to install, prefabricated where possible and fully customizable.”
This philosophy is reflected in OnLevel's entire portfolio. At Fensterbau Frontale, OnLevel is presenting three core product groups: Skyforce, Turboflex and Airforce. They are all designed to combine design freedom, efficiency and the broadest possible European conformity.
Skyforce is OnLevel's answer to the demand for fall protection without architectural concessions. Designed to be virtually invisible, this French balcony system provides maximum transparency with minimal visual impact. “Skyforce is all about safety that respects design at the same time,” Bleffert says. “It is delivered prefabricated and pre-assembled to size so that it can be perfectly and easily integrated into window and façade elements.”
Skyforce is characterized by clean lines and allows for translucent spaces. It features integrated drainage and is available in a variety of colors and sizes. The result is a subtle yet robust solution that significantly reduces on-site installation time while meeting the highest aesthetic requirements.
An eye-catcher at the OnLevel booth is Turboflex, the latest-generation full-glass balustrade system that sets new standards in terms of speed in glass assembly. “With Turboflex, we have challenged the common idea of glass assembly,” Bleffert explains. “The glass is manually aligned exactly and the Turboflex glass fixation automatically adjusts perfectly. This means that complex adjustment work and time-consuming fine adjustments are no longer necessary.”
Thanks to the pivot point of the glass directly under the seal, it is guaranteed that the seals fit evenly and point loads in the glass are prevented. The process is simple: assemble the profile and Turboflex inserts, place the glass, align it manually and fix it with a cordless screwdriver with a 6 Nm torque attachment. The entire process takes barely more than three minutes, reducing installation time by more than 50 percent compared to traditional glass balustrade systems.
The program is complemented by the cantilevered Airforce glass canopy system. This is a prefabricated canopy system designed for installation situations where a clean, minimalist appearance is required, without compromising efficiency. Airforce is completely free to choose color, size and finish and can be adapted to virtually any building situation.
“Airforce's strength lies in its balance,” notes Bleffert. “It is industrially prefabricated and yet available individually in a very short time. This combination is becoming increasingly important for manufacturers who want to standardize without losing their individuality.”
All OnLevel systems are certified for application throughout Europe and guarantee conformity, safety and reliability for national and international projects.
However, OnLevel's presence at Fensterbau Frontale goes beyond just ‘physical’ products. Visitors are also introduced to ONLEVEL Studio: next-generation configurators that simplify the planning of individual projects and speed up work processes.
