Intersteel's slide bearing hinges are available in two designs and three variants: with or without a pin and in the finishes black, zinc plated and stainless steel brushed. The hinge has rounded corners and a through knot.
This means that the knot (the pivot point of the hinge) is positioned off-center, making notching for the knot in the frame unnecessary. In addition, the slide bearing hinge is low maintenance, due to the self-lubricating properties of the plastic slide bearing. The hinge is 89 mm high, unfolded 89 mm wide and has 3 mm thick blades. The hinge is CE-marked and certified according to the European Standard EN1935:2002+AC:2003 and falls into hinge class 12 and user class 4 (suitable for very heavy loads, on doors that are regularly used violently). The hinges with thief pin are also provided with a SKG*** certification mark. The slide bearing hinge is supplied each, excluding mounting material.
