Ecological aspects are also increasingly being considered when choosing building materials. This is not only about the economical use of resources, but also about a holistic approach. This means that manufacturers must be efficient already during production if they want to score points with their customers. With energeto® neo, aluplast is responding to this perfectly. This new system platform combines the high performance of the proven energeto®-technologies with a modern and timeless design. Moreover, the manufacturer makes efficient use of resources in production.

For the aluplast team, Polyclose cannot open its doors soon enough. "After the disappointment of January, we are happy that we can still be there again after the summer vacations," says CEO Patrick Seitz.
"We want to reintroduce our innovative developments live to the market. We attach great importance to those personal, constructive conversations with our customers and partners. Nothing is more enlightening than the personal contact and direct feedback from the professional visitor on our developments."

After all, innovation tailored to the customer has been a cornerstone of the success of the specialist in window and door systems for 40 years. For example, they pioneered adhesive technology for window production and with powerdur, a special fiberglass-reinforced plastic, the use of steel is minimized or even eliminated. In these times with a shortage of raw materials and high steel prices, this can play a very important role.
Inspired by the Bauhaus style, energeto® neo, the latest system platform from aluplast, the advantages the technologies "bonding inside" and "powerdur inside" with a modern and timeless design. Bonding is done in the glass rebate without a metal thermal bridge, and fiberglass-reinforced powerdur strips replace the steel reinforcement in sash and frame.
In this way, compared to a conventional, steel-reinforced window, CO2-footprint can be reduced by 15%. Both of these technologies are complemented by "foam inside," where special polyurethane foam provides outstanding insulation values.
"Energeto® neo offers many possibilities for efficiently producing elegant and high-performance windows. The slim appearance and the straightforward design appeal to customers," says Michael Hennig, managing director at the Hennig Haus GmbH, one of pilot customers for this system. With energeto® neo, aluplast offers its customers a solution to cover a wide range of applications with the same platform and to realize the windows completely according to the customers' taste. For example, there is also an offset variant, which gives the window more spaciousness, and a recessed variant, which in turn gives the room a uniform, closed look.
The company also continues to develop further in terms of colors and surfaces in order to respond, for example, to the trend toward the natural look of wood and the noble look of alumimium. First, aluplast introduced "woodec," a wood-look film that can hardly be distinguished from real wood, and then expanded the range with "aludec," which not only looks like powder-coated aluminum, but also feels like it.
A new grain structure makes the surfaces scratch-resistant. The PVDF coating makes them resistant to chemicals and very easy to maintain. The combination of woodec and aludec creates resource-saving plastic window systems with a wood or aluminum look.
