With heroal partner+, the aluminum system house has offered a customer program since February 2022 to increase the visibility of the trade specialists at all contact points with potential customers and applicants and to enable the easy further development of its own employees. The customer program consists of the three building blocks Marketing, Personnel Acquisition and Training, from which subject specialists can individually select measures and for which implementation is supported financially and operationally by heroal.
The heroal partner+ customer program applies to all new and existing heroal customers and replaces the previous partner marketing offer. Participating trade specialists receive their personal heroal partner+ budget on March 1 of a calendar year or at the beginning of the business relationship (for new customers). The individual budget is recalculated and updated for each program year using the heroal partner+ index, which takes into account various factors such as sales and growth conditions, and can be used for activities from the customer program brochure. If a specialist has not received a budget or if it has already been used up, the offer can still be claimed. Billing will then be by invoice.
For specialists in the end-customer sector, it is essential to be visible to private construction and renovation companies and convince them in the consultation process. Larger companies whose customers are dealers also want to convince them and retain them for a longer term. And it is also important for companies in the project sector to have an early presence with investors, developers, architects and specialist planners. As part of the first heroal partner+ building block, marketing, heroal therefore offers numerous marketing activities that pique customers' interest or can be used to support sales calls. These include, for example, locally oriented online marketing campaigns, newsletters, print ads, banners at construction sites or vehicle wraps. Brochures, online configurators for integration on one's own website or exhibitions for events and showrooms are also possible. In addition, individual advertising materials can also be realized.
Recruiting qualified professionals and young up-and-coming workers is a major challenge for many companies. With the second building block of heroal partner+, personnel recruitment, heroal supports its trade specialists in recruiting with various online recruitment packages. The packages include recruitment through job postings on relevant job portals and on social media, with the aid of which potential experienced professionals or trainees in the specialist's region are targeted. The Online Staff Recruitment Package is available in three package sizes S, M and L, with the packages differing in terms of the job portals and social media channels included.
The heroal Academy offers a diverse range of seminars, e-learning and practical workshops. As the third building block of heroal partner+, subject specialists are given the opportunity to further develop their own team. The training offer is tailored to the specific requirements of the industry and the specialist's own company. The training catalog of the heroal Academy includes, in addition to product training courses, also cross-system seminars where specialist knowledge is built up and expanded (e.g. on topics such as building law or fire safety). In addition, the range also includes training in the use of software such as LogiKal or EOS. Individual training sessions are also available upon request.
