Lead times need to be ever shorter and it still remains difficult to find suitable personnel. Companies therefore need to work and produce more efficiently, which is why massive investments are being made in end-to-end digitization. Under the motto "We digitize companies," software house Klaes from Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler is also presenting a number of future-oriented digitization solutions at LIGNA 2025. These ensure that users can use efficient, transparent and complete processes for a longer period of time.

Premieres and eye-catchers

At the Hanover trade fair, the software specialist is introducing many other products in addition to the most up-to-date version of its solutions for the window constructor: the first elements of the order program Klaes Einkauf, the web application Klaes zeit where everything revolves around time recording, the two Klaes DMS solutions and the link to the configurators for Stemeseder and Pirnar. Other important modules are the intuitive Klaes Montageplanung, Klaes cRM Solution for sales management and of course Klaes 3D with the Augmented Reality App.

Klaes Einkauf is shown in premiere. This solution for orders can be easily integrated into the entire workflow and provides an automatic flow of information between different departments in a company. This solution is based on Klaes' new platform, which provides an efficient basis for future developments.

The intuitive Klaes Montageplanung efficiently links assembly planning with orders. Thanks to a simple input system, orders and production resources are systematically planned and information important for the operation of the company follows quickly and reliably.

The web application Klaes zeit has everything to do with time recording: from recording arrivals and departures to time scheduling of orders. This information can be accessed on smartphone and tablet, PC, scanner and terminal. This software solution ensures transparency, for example through real-time evaluations or the visualization of the leave calendar of the entire team.

E-Rechnung ensures that outgoing invoices are created in two formats and incoming invoices can be accessed via three different ways. The legally required archiving is tailored to the size of the company.

Both Klaes DMS Integration solutions enable easy and fast access to archived documents and emails, as they are automatically filtered in advance based on customer and project. All tasks requiring external or internal information are thus performed faster, more securely and more easily.

Klaes 3D is a highly flexible design solution, providing efficient processes from planning to installation for complex building elements such as wood-aluminum facades, conservatories, pergolas, patio covers and sliding glass systems. Thanks to an intelligent database system, all materials can be precisely mapped, while the augmented reality app enables lifelike visualizations in real-time.

The new Klaes e-prod horizon links production processes and logistics with new customization options. Thanks to innovative IT technology for web, mobile and desktop applications, customers can make adjustments themselves. Its new architecture also ensures continuous operation within a process.

Web connect: By linking with Stemeseder's configurator for sun and insect protection and Pirnar's for doors, one can now retrieve data from eleven suppliers. Further links with four other companies are being prepared, including Heroal Sonnenschutz. Klaes also presents a further development of the link with Beck+Heun, which now transmits technical information for machine control.

Klaes cRM Solution is a highly integrated sales management solution, where data can be easily entered through a standardized way of working. A predefined bi-directional data flow significantly reduces the demand for individualization of this tool, even though this remains possible.

Klaes webshop (for end customers) and Klaes webtrade (for distributors) form the digital bridge between the local Klaes software to prospects, customers and also employees. To enable the necessary dynamics in data processing, for example, the preparation and delivery of data was significantly simplified.

Klaes' software solutions can be used to organize business processes efficiently. Continuous further development and update capabilities guarantee "a longer lifespan. Klaes also provides appropriate infrastructure solutions - from terminal servers and cloud services to security solutions and DMS - and offers customers comprehensive support for GDPR-compliant digitization.
